Jon grew up in Decatur, IN graduating from Bellmont High School. He attended Ball State University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Management.

He previously worked in the industrial field for over a decade, serving as the Operations Manager for a local Fort Wayne business. He is extremely hard-working and a dedicated individual, willing to do whatever it takes to help get the job done.

Jon is married and has two children. He is an avid sports and music fan, enjoys golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
